Pregnancy Assistance

District 4 Public Health - Pregnancy Assistance

Our Pregnancy Assistance program provides case management to help pregnant and postpartum women get access to medical, social and educational services, among others. Clients can meet with registered nurses, with the assistance of license practical nurses (LPNs) and health service technicians (HSTs), both within the health department as well as in the client’s home.

Patients

This program is offered to pregnant women under the age of 21 and any other pregnant woman at risk for adverse outcomes. Walk-in patients are welcome for pregnancy tests only. Women must be Medicaid-eligible or have Presumptive Eligibility Medicaid (applications available from your county’s health department.)
