Thank you for your interest in District 4 Public Health’s practicum/preceptorship program; please complete the application and email it along with your school’s requirements to Roxanne Barnes at roxanne.barnes@dph.ga.gov.
Once your application is received, it will be shared with program managers for the areas of interest you selected. If the program has interest and/or capacity to fulfill your practicum/preceptorship, the program manager will contact you directly.
Please note that these opportunities are unpaid, require a Memorandum of Understanding with your institution, and are subject to staffing capacity.
