Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) Survey

The Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) Survey was created through Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America’s (CADCA) Medications for Opioid Use Disorder Project. Our partners at Drug Free Fayette/Fayette Factor are members of CADCA and have asked District 4 Public Health’s assistance in disseminating this survey across the 12 counties we serve.

Drug Free Fayette/Fayette Factor aims to promote MOUD expansion in Fayette County as well as expand community members knowledge on MOUD. Drug Free Fayette/Fayette Factor recognizes that Fayette County’s MOUD service expansion will also directly impact the other 11 counties we serve and the State of Georgia as a whole. In other words, individuals will come from all over the State of Georgia to partake in MOUD services offered in Fayette County through this expansion.

Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) survey. Click here to complete the survey. The purpose is to assess the perception and knowledge of Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), where to access them in the community, and the knowledge and perception of Opioid Use Disorders (OUD) treatment options.

After submitting your survey answers, please click “Drug Free Fayette/Fayette FACTOR” under the heading “Community Incentives”. This is how participants will be entered in the drawing for a free $50 gas card.
