District 4 Public Health continues to offer free COVID-19 PCR testing in each of the 12 counties it serves. While individuals can normally go online to schedule a testing appointment and to pre-register, the online service for PCR testing currently is unavailable for our health departments in Butts, Heard, Meriwether, Pike, Spalding, and Troup counties.
Until these technical issues are resolved, those needing a PCR test can go directly to their local health department at the days and times listed below. District 4 health care providers stand ready to register them and then administer their free test regardless of their symptoms.

Free COVID-19 rapid self-tests are available at any of District 4’s health departments during normal business hours. (Insurance may be billed for the cost of testing.) For at-home COVID-19 test kits, visit covidtests.gov
