Due to the public health state of emergency surrounding COVID-19, the State Office of Vital Records has suspended all walk-in services until further notice. Please inform everyone in your office and local partners of this change immediately. Also, please advise constituents to request birth and death records online using one of our approved third party vendors (ROVER, Go Certificates, or VitalChek). For changes or corrections to a vital record, please continue to mail requests, along with the required documentation, to our facility. Our Communications Center will be open from 7:30am to 4:30pm to provide general assistance during this time. If you are in need of specialized assistance, please contact your regional consultant.

If you qualify, you receive a nutrition assessment, health screening, nutrition education, referrals to other health and social services, vouchers for healthy foods and much more. Confidential Laboratory Blood Testing:
Did you know we can provide lab services for you regardless of insurance? A Doctor’s order is required for all lab service. Click here to learn more about the lab services we provide and how we can assist you.

Travel Clinic Services:
Upson County Health Department is a registered travel clinic through CDC. If you are planning a trip out of the country review CDC travel recommendations. Plan early, give us a call because it can take up to a month to complete all travel vaccines needed.
