Do you have prescription drugs that you need to dispose of?

We provide Child Health Checks through age 21, as well as developmental screening and referral for children with developmental or physical needs. During routine exams we may be able to identify symptoms of a larger problem and help you avoid serious complications.
We make getting ready for school easy by offering Hearing, Vision, Dental and BMI form for school entry and Immunizations for all ages in one location.
We are also available to discuss your birth control options and help you plan for a healthy pregnancy when you are ready. Pregnancy testing and Pregnancy Medicaid are offered onsite. Women’s wellness exams are offered and referrals given for mammograms for women over age 40.
STD screening and treatment, and Tuberculosis screening services are also provided.
We are able to do routine blood testing if you bring a physician order with you.

WIC Information
Did you know that you may qualify for WIC services if you are pregnant, just had a baby or are breast feeding your infant? Your child may qualify up to their 5th birthday. If you qualify you receive a nutrition assessment, health screening, nutrition education, referrals to other health and social services, vouchers for healthy foods and much more.
