Susie Hammock is the Accreditation and Quality Improvement Coordinator for District 4. Susie began her time at District 4 in 2016 as an intern with Columbus State University. After graduating Cum Laude from Columbus State in May of 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, she accepted the position of Chronic Disease Prevention Manager. In December of 2017, she was asked to take on the role of Accreditation and Quality Improvement Coordinator. In 2018, Susie helped lead the district through the national accreditation process, with the district becoming nationally accredited on November 19, 2019. In addition to her roles at District 4, she also serves as the secretary of the Academic Section for the Georgia Public Health Association, and she is the board chair for the Meriwether County Family Connection.
