Miranda G. Helms is the Quality Improvement (QI) and Accreditation Coordinator for District 4 Public Health. She is a 2009 graduate of Middle Georgia State College and University, Macon, GA where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Technology Management. In October 2020, she successfully completed the University of Georgia-Terry College of Business Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification program. With over 14-years of public health experience, she has had the privilege of working at county, district and state public health offices throughout the State of Georgia; which has provided both insight and prospective of how county, district and state public health operate individually and together. Mrs. Helms has experience working in multiple public health program areas such as emergency preparedness and response, quality assurance, quality improvement, performance management and public health accreditation. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and son.
