Car Seat Education
Car seat education is offered the third Thursday of each month. For more information call 770.358.1483. Since 2007, at least 180 children in Georgia who were involved in crashes were saved from serious injury or death by car seats, booster seats and education provided.

Vital Records
Vital Records are not housed at the county health department. They can be found at the Probate Courts Office located at 326 Thomaston Street. For more information call 770.356.5155.

Environmental Health Services
Environmental Health provides assistance with new septic tank installation, septic tank repairs, well permitting and bacterial testing, food service plan reviews and inspections and much more. If you are unsure of who to call for an environmental issue feel free to contact this office and we will refer you to the proper authority.
