Did you know that you may qualify for WIC services if you are pregnant, just had a baby or are breast feeding your infant? Your child may qualify up to their 5th birthday. If you qualify you receive a nutrition assessment, health screening, nutrition education, referrals to other health and social services, vouchers for healthy foods and much more. Click here to complete an online application to see if you qualify.

Fayette County Health Department is also a registered travel clinic through CDC. If you are planning a trip out of the country, review CDC travel recommendations. Plan early! Give us a call because it can take up to a month to complete all travel vaccines needed. We are an authorized Yellow Fever vaccine site.

Please download the Travel Questionnaire and bring a completed copy with you to your appointment.

We accept the following forms of payment at the physical health clinic: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and debit cards.

Environmental Health accepts cash and checks.

Donations are gladly accepted.
